University of Saint Francis
Dr. Marcia Sauter, Vice President for Academic Affairs at USF, has announced students named to the Dean’s List for the Spring 2002 semester. These students have maintained a 3.5 grade point average on a four-point scale and have carried at least 12 credit hours.
Area students on the Dean’s List are: Bethany Lockwood majoring in Nursing and Jennifer N. Weachock majoring in Education (Visual Arts).
Marian College
Marian College is the only Catholic liberal arts college in central Indiana. It is a private, co-educational school offering classes to both traditional and non-traditional students. Located two miles north of downtown Indianapolis, Marian is a Catholic college dedicated to excellent teaching in the Franciscan and liberal arts traditions.
The following is a list of students from the Waynedale area who were among the Marian College students who qualified for Dean’s List during Spring Semester:

Corrie A. Schafer – attended Bishop Luers High School – Parents are Jeff Schafer & Kathy Trabel.
Amanda L. Sroufe – attended Bishop Luers High School – Parents are Randall & Mary Sroufe.
