GENE ZINKIEWICZ, COMMANDER AMERICAN LEGION LINCOLN POST #82

GENE ZINKIEWICZ, Commander American Legion Lincoln Post #82, 3501 Harris Road, Fort Wayne served 3 tours of duty in Vietnam from 1963-67 as a Helicopter Rescue Air Crewman stationed with Combat Support Squadron One, U.S. Navy.

American Legion Post #82 is the 3rd largest post in the State of Indiana with a membership in the Auxiliary, Sons of the American Legion, and Legionaires of over 3,000 members. They are very proud of their commitment to the community and Veterans.

On Veterans Day, they will be serving at no charge, a Beef Stew Dinner from 2pm to 5pm for all past and present members of the Armed Forces.
