Norma Fisher of Yoder, will celebrate her 90th birthday on Sunday, February 25, 2018. Celebrating with her will be her family; daughter and son-in-law Kathy and Mike Bowlby of Waynedale, and, son and daughter-in-law Scott and Elaine Fisher of New Haven, and their children Kristen Fisher and Kayleigh Fisher and her fiancé Dillon Morlan.
