Congressman Stutzman thanks Jack Bortner, Arthur Howard, and Donald Lemaster. On Tuesday, October 4th Congressman Marlin Stutzman (IN-03) welcomed nearly eighty Hoosier veterans of World War II and the Korean War to the nation’s capital.
