HAPPY 70TH ANNIVERSARY!
Karl Joseph and Mary Elizabeth “Betty” Klingler will observe their 70th wedding anniversary on June 28, 2011.
The couple have lived in Waynedale for many years and both belong to St. Therese Catholic Church on Lower Huntington Road. Karl’s father was the originator of Klingler Jewelers. Karl owned it for many years as well.
Karl and Betty are currently members of a senior citizens breakfast group at Atz’s Ice Cream Shoppe.
The couple have one daughter, Carole Geiger of Fort Wayne, and three sons, K. Thomas and Robert J., both of Fort Wayne, and Jim W. of Wolcottville; also 13 grandchildren and an amazing 26 great grandchildren. Another daughter, Mary Anne Buonomo, is deceased.
