DONNA RICHARDSON CNA EMPLOYEE AT ENGLEWOOD HEALTH AND REHAB FOR OVER 30 YEARS
When asked why Donna loves what she does, she says, “I always wanted to help older people and I feel good about myself when I go home knowing that I’ve assisted someone in need.”
Donna says that what keeps her going everyday is her love for the residents, “I like helping people, I like my co-workers, I like meeting new people, and I love my job.”
In 1998, TLC Corporation purchased what is now Englewood and has made many positive changes including the addition of a 30-bed Dementia Unit called the Touchstone Terrace. Donna works with the Dementia population Monday through Friday on the first shift.
When asked if she would change anything in 30 years, Donna replies, “Nope, not a thing. I’ve loved every minute of it.”
The residents and staff of Englewood are blessed to have Donna!
