THAT’S THE WAY I SAW IT
MILLION DOLLAR BALL PLAYERS AND PUBLIC RELATIONS
The other day a TV announcer was especially talking about Junior Griffey but was explaining how many of the million dollar ball players have problems. This announcer, that played many years of ML baseball, said he was amazed that these players are able to motivate themselves for every game. These players have done many things in baseball, have more money than they can use, and it is extremely difficult to get motivated each day.
The way I see it is that he is telling me and you fans that we are lucky these players show up each game and sometimes they don’t.
Yes, folks, you are being exposed to some of the finest public relations available.
I’m not sure many people see this the way I do.
