SMOKE ON THE WIND
My friend, Jeff Freeman, loves to hunt mushrooms. He called and said he would come over and we would hunt mushrooms in our woods. He asked, “May I bring my cousin
Mark? I would like for you to meet him.” “Sure thing,” was my reply.
We walked in the woods, and as we were walking, Jeff said to Mark and me, “The crows are telling me that there are mushrooms on top of that hill over there.” I had my walking stick, but it is still difficult for me to climb hills.
Well, knowing Jeff, when the crows tell him there are mushrooms on top of a hill, Jeff is going to listen to them.
I’m sure glad he did and that Jeff and Mark helped me up the hill, because guess what – I found my first mushroom! We all found mushrooms and had a wonderful time together.
God had brought us all together – Jeff, Mark and Dancing Feather, and yes, the crows.
Trust in The Creator with all your heart and He may send you a messenger so that you will find what you are looking for.
