I guess to answer that question you need to look at sport’s publications. That might tell you people’s interest. Remember The Sporting News of 30 years ago? It was the baseball bible, once a week and all pages about baseball. Let’s look at The Sporting News for August 13, 2007. Remember August is the baseball season and football hasn’t even started. The edition had 56-pages and the percentage of the article is as follows: Football-50%, Baseball-23%, Racing-9%, Basketball-7%, and Misc.-11%.
It looks like football is the United States’ Number One sport.
Do you see it that way?
I still think baseball is the Number One Sport or do I remember many good things of years past.
