DAVID LONG RECIEVES AWARD
Indiana State Senator David Long’s pro-entrepreneurship efforts has earned him recognition of Hoosier small-business owners.
The National Federation of Independent Business/Indiana honored Senator David Long (Fort Wayne) with a Guardian of Small Business Award for the work he has done as a member of the Indiana Legislature to defend Hoosier small businesses.
Long, who currently serves as the Senate President Pro Tempore, recently earned a 100 percent voting record for voting in favor of NFIB-supported positions on key issues pertaining to Indiana small businesses in the most recent legislative session.
The Guardian of Small Business Award is NFIB’s most prestigious award for legislators and is reserved for those lawmakers who maintain an outstanding pro-small-business voting record.
