BISHOP LUERS NIEMOELLER HONORED
Bishop Luers High School commends the efforts of its devoted teacher Mark Niemoeller. Mark was honored along with other teachers and students on Saturday, October 15, 2005, in the Castleton Ballroom at the Hilton Indianapolis North Hotel.
The Program entitled “Realizing the Dream” is based on the belief that a college education is the dream of most parents for their children. Bradley J. Carteaux the recipient of “Realizing the Dream” from the University of Saint Francis felt that Mark was the most influential teacher in his decision to attend college.
A secondary focus of the program is to highlight teachers that have influenced first generation college students to extend their educational horizons. In being honored Mark has received a professional development grant of $1000.
Mary Keefer, Principal at Bishop Luers High School, had this to say about Mark, “Mr. Niemoeller takes the business of education very seriously. His teaching expertise is in the area of Latin. Bishop Luers High School is proud of Mark Niemoeller and of Brad Carteaux.”
