CONNIE JO SHURTZ, 56, died Monday, January 19, 2004, at home in Fort Wayne. She was born in Fort Wayne, and was a homemaker.

Survivors include son Grant Shurtz of Fort Wayne; brother Mike Greeno; and sister Judie Liggett of Fort Wayne.

Private Graveside Service. Arrangements by D. O. McComb & Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Memorials to American Cancer Society.
