COREY MICHAEL KENNERK, 17

Corey Michael Kennerk, 17, died Sunday, November 23, 2003. Born November 12, 1986 in Fort Wayne, he was a student at Bishop Luers High School and a member of the football team.

He was a member of St. Joe Hessen Cassel Church, Boy Scout Troop #348, The Lacrosse Club, and was employed at Scotts on Decatur Road. “Corey was a loving and caring individual, a good son, and brother.”

He is survived by parents Timothy A. and Leann (Vandall) Kennerk, Yoder; brothers Aaron J. and Ryan T. Kennerk, Fort Wayne; sister Andreya L. Kennerk, Fort Wayne; grandparents W.R. “Dick” Vandall and Manuela Vandall and Tom and Janie Kennerk, Fort Wayne; Great Grandmothers Eileen Kennerk, Fort Wayne, Marciel Solga, Fort Wayne, & Petra Beruman; and several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Services were held Saturday, November, 29, 2003 at St. Joe Hessen Cassel Catholic Church with burial in St. Joe Hessen Cassel Catholic Cemetery. Memorials to the Church or Bishop Luers. Information furnished by Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Winchester Road Chapel.
