TOAY N. ALEX AUGUSTYNIAK, 76
Toay N. Alex Augustyniak, 76, died Saturday, June 21, 2003 at her Fort Wayne residence. Born in Fort Wayne, she was an account clerk for Collins Oldsmobile and a member of St. Therese Catholic Church. She is preceded in death by her husband Alex Augustyniak who passed away in 1994.
She is survived by daughters Linda Patten, Fort Wayne; Debra Eckler, Fort Wayne; Rita Augustyniak, Fort Wayne; and 2 grandchildren (Lindsay Patten & Tracy Eckler).
Services were held Tuesday, June 24, 2003 at St. Therese Catholic Church with burial in Catholic Cemetery. Memorials can be made to visiting Nurse Service and Hospice in lieu of flowers.
