SCOUTING SMOKE SIGNALS
CAMP WAS GREAT THIS YEAR!
From July 10 through July 16, Troop #22 was at Boy Scout Summer Camp, held at Camp Little Turtle at Pleasant Lake, Indiana. All the boys worked on merit badges, and they did a great job.
Some of the leaders from Troop #38 were at camp with Troop #22. The weather was hot but still nice. It rained one day and everyone enjoyed it.
And I must say the food was great and everyone had plenty to eat.
Eagle Scout Joseph Shepard worked all summer as CIT (Counselor In Training) and was certified in CPR, First Aid and Snorkeling. Troop #22 meets at the Southwest Conservation Club every Tuesday at 7pm.
We would like to thank the staff and everyone involved for a job well done at Camp Chief Little Turtle. Everyone is looking forward to next year.
