ROBERT J. FRITZE, 81

ROBERT J. FRITZE, 81, of Zanesville, Indiana, died Tuesday, May 15, 2007, at Lutheran Hospital ER, Fort Wayne. Born March 21, 1926, in Fort Wayne, he was employed at General Electric for 30 years, retiring in 1988. He was a member of Waynedale Lions Club, Columbia City Moose Lodge, Eagles. He served in the Army Korean Conflict and was a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church. He was an avid golfer.

Survived by his wife, Dorothy Joan Fritze of Zanesville; daughters, Barbara (Jim) Jensen of Fort Wayne, Karen (Mike) Cazzell of Zanesville and Linda (Chuck) Heintzelman of Fort Wayne; brother, Paul Fritze of Fort Wayne; sisters, Florence Putman and Lillian Norton, both of Atlanta, Georgia; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Service was Saturday, May 19, 2007 at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne. Calling was Friday, May 18, 2007 at the funeral home. Burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
