ROBERT E. KOOP, 67, of Fort Wayne, died on Saturday, July 4, 2015, 5:15pm at Hospice Home. Born in Wausau, Wisconsin, he lived most of his life in Fort Wayne. He was a self-employed handyman. He was a U.S. Army veteran serving in the Vietnam War and a member of American Legion Post #241.
Surviving are, his life partner, Frances R. Krantz of Fort Wayne; one daughter, Angel Cooper of Fort Wayne; one brother, Kevin Wittwer, Roanoke, Indiana; three sisters, Leontine Callahan, Roanoke, Darlene McCartney and Cheri Sizemore, both of Fort Wayne; and two grandchildren.
Private graveside service. Arrangements by Tom Mongovan Funeral Home. Burial in Oaklawn Cemetery, Ossian, IN.
Preferred memorials to the Cancer Society and Hospice Home.
