4TH OF JULY PARADE
The children and staff of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Child Care and Preschool paraded down the street on July 3 for their first annual Independence Day Parade. Children and parents helped decorate wagons, strollers and riding toys for the parade through the senior apartments and Hope Well Pointe neighborhoods nearby.
After enjoying red, white, and blue popsicles on the playground, the older children had a chapel talk about the freedoms we enjoy in our country and also the freedom Christ Jesus has won for us.
Mt. Calvary’s Child Care and Preschool is located at 1819 Reservation Drive off of Bluffton Road and has open registration for infants through school-age children. Call 747-4121 x 17 for information.
