AMES ARTHUR “ROOSTER” CASSELL, 61
JAMES ARTHUR “ROOSTER” CASSELL, 61, of Fort Wayne, died on Sunday, May 29, 2016, at St. Joseph Hospital. James graduated from New Haven High School and was employed with BF Goodrich for many years from which he retired. James “Rooster” was a DJ and enjoyed oldies and 50s music. He was a member of the Carriage House and a founding member of Classic Fort Wayne Media. He was also delivered The Waynedale News for many years.
He is survived by his loving wife, Belinda (Crowell) Cassell of Fort Wayne; sons, Joshua Timbers of Fort Wayne and Jason Timbers of Ohio; parents, Donald & Doris (Moore) Cassell of Fort Wayne; and brothers, Robert (Nicki) Cassell of Larwill, and David (Darlene) Cassell of Woodburn.
Funeral Service was on Monday, June 6, 2016 at 1pm at Hockemeyer and Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Rd., Fort Wayne, with calling two hours prior; Pastor Dr. Greg Patten officiating. Memorials may be made to the Carriage House.
