TREA YOUR CABIN FEVER WITH UPCOMING COMMUNITY EVENTS

Easter In WaynedaleSpring is just around the corner and there are some fantastic events coming up in Waynedale for the whole family to enjoy.

On March 24th, the 7th annual Taste of Waynedale will be held at Mount Calvary Family Life Center (1819 Reservation Road) from 4:30pm until 7:00pm. This event will be sponsored by Kingston Residence and all proceeds from Taste of Waynedale will go towards Honor Flight Northeast Indiana and Community Harvest Food Bank.

Taste of Waynedale is a wonderful way to come out and see friends from the community, dabble in cuisines from the Waynedale area and support two honorable and local causes. Over 20 local restaurants and businesses will be present to offer samples of food and drinks.

Tickets can be purchase by calling Camille Garrison at 747-1523 or via email cagarrison@kingstonhealthcare.com. Tickets are $15 each if purchased in advance. They are $20 at the door. Tickets may also be purchased at Hair Affair or Curves on Bluffton Road. You can stop by Kingston Residence (7515 Winchester Road) Monday- Friday 8A-5P to pick up tickets.

The fun doesn’t stop there! On March 28th at 10:00am the Waynedale Community Improvement Team will be putting on the 4th annual Easter in Waynedale. They are excited to announce that this year the event will be held at Waynedale’s own, Southwest Conservation Club!

This event is free to public and children of all ages can come hunt for Easter eggs. Don’t forget to bring your basket! And parents, don’t forget your camera. The Easter Bunny will be available for pictures. If you have never been to this event or never visited the Southwest Conservation Club, this would be a perfect opportunity to do so.
