FREE FLU SHOTS OFFERED
Physicians Urgent Care in Fort Wayne is offering Free Flu Shots between January 22, 2014 and February 5, 2014 for all area residents who have not yet received a flu shot and would like to. The flu shot is available for anyone 6 months of age or older.
Stop by their recently opened clinic in Fort Wayne at 920 East Coliseum Blvd. in Fort Wayne to help protect you and your family against the flu this season. They’re open Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M.–8:00 P.M. and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 A.M.–4:00 P.M.
