SMOKE ON THE WIND

REV. THOMASIf the heat of summer is making you sweat, here is a good Native American truth that I use, and it will help you also if you are open and receptive to the Creator’s gifts and blessings for us, His children.

Pour some water in a circle upon Mother Earth, and then step into that circle.
Get quiet.

Close your eyes.

Say prayers of gratitude.

The Creator will hear you and refresh you, and when you open your eyes and your heart, He will send the song birds to serenade you.
Now, have a nice cool drink of water yourself.
