DAVID A. ANDREWS, 61 of Fort Wayne, passed away on Friday, October 29, 2010. He was the owner of OES Imaging.
Surviving are his parents, Tom (Dorothy) Andrews; one sister, Diane (Dave) Scheer; one brother, Tim (Jody) Andrews, niece Alyssa Bailey, and nephews, Tyler and Kory Andrews, all of Fort Wayne.
A Celebration of Life service is 4 p.m. Saturday, November 6, 2010 at Avalon Missionary Church, 1500 Lower Huntington Road, with visitation two hours prior.
