STUDENT HOUSING GROUND BREAKING
IPFW officials and special guests will break ground for the third phase of Student Housing on the Waterfield Campus, Friday, February 6, at 1 p.m. The ceremonies will be held inside Cole Commons on the Waterfield Campus, located off Crescent Avenue.
Actual construction work on this phase of the project is expected to begin the week of February 9, with a completion date in time for occupancy for the 2010 fall semester.
Phase III will consist of four residential buildings, a community center, and a maintenance facility. Up to 450 new beds will be added, bringing the total occupancy to around 1,200.
