MADELINE K. GORDON SHEEAN, 95
MADELINE K. GORDON SHEEAN, 95, of Fort Wayne, died Tuesday, October 7, 2008, at Hospice Home. Born August 7, 1913, in Columbia City, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Bessie (Garrison) Wynkoop. She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her daughters, Virginia (deceased – Charles L.) Hill and Barbara Clemens, both of Fort Wayne; sons, Richard E. (Eva) Gordon of Fort Wayne, Tom N. (Barbara) Gordon of Auburn and Don G. Gordon of Fort Wayne; brother, Franklin Wynkoop of Zephyr Hills, Florida; sister, Scharee Schwalm of Fort Wayne; 14 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Sheean, in 1985 and James Gordon, in 1968; son, James E. Gordon, in 1995; five sisters; and one brother.
Funeral service was Friday, October 10, 2008 at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, with visitation two hours prior. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
