(L-R) Attorney General Steve Carter with Attorney Thomas Hardin.
“Thomas A. Hardin, a partner with the law firm of Shine & Hardin, LLP, was elected by his colleagues to be President of the Allen County Bar Association (“ACBA”) at the ACBA’s annual meeting held on September 28, 2007. Hardin will be President for a one-year term that runs October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008. The ACBA is a voluntary professional association of nearly 800 lawyers, judges, paralegals and other affiliate members. The ACBA has three purposes: to assist in the due administration of justice, to promote the continued education of lawyers and the public in the fields of law and legal procedure, and to maintain the honor and integrity of the legal profession. Two of the most important public services are the Lawyer Referral Service (a program that refers members of the public to attorneys) and Legal Line (free legal advice by telephone).”
