HIGH PRAISE FOR GREAT WORK

Jeep Kern and Davetta Cox of Indiana Farmers Mutual Insurance Company present the Silver Star award to Cassy Johnson (center) of Imel Insurance Company.

Cassy Johnson of Imel Insurance Agency received the Silver Star award for outstanding customer service from Indiana Farmers Mutual Insurance Company. Each year the company seeks out a customer service agent that provides great service, care and responsibility to their customers.

Cassy has been with Imel’s for over 22 years. She resides in Ossian with her husband Jeff and daughter Nicole. Her parents Wayne and Ella Polley reside in the Waynedale area.

Karen Perkins owner of Imel Insurance stated, “We are honored to have someone working for us like Cassy, who cares for her customers as much as she does. She truly works with our client’s best interest at heart.”
