NOODLES, NOODLES, AND MORE NOODLES
pinch of baking powder
Flour until sticky
Use only the egg yolks and stir until mixed. (I use the whites of the eggs to make an angel food cake). Add the baking powder and flour until you can’t stir.
Flour a bread board or table to roll the noodles out on.
Roll the dough flat onto the table. Let the dough dry for a couple of hours.
Roll the dough into a cylinder shape (like cinnamon rolls). Cut the noodles into 1/8 to 1/4 inch slices.
Separate and open the noodles. Place them into the refrigerator until ready to use.
Bring a broth to boil. Place the noodles in the broth. And salt liberally.
Cook for approximately half an hour.
