ABBIGAIL GRACE THEISMANN, 7 WEEKS OLD
ABBIGAIL GRACE THEISMANN, 7 weeks old, of Fort Wayne, died Thursday, December 30, 2004. She was born on November 8, 2004, in Fort Wayne.
Surviving are her parents, Arthur F. and Melissa Zerkle Theismann III of Ossian; sisters, Sarah and Megan Theismann of Ossian; paternal grandparents, Arthur F. and Carol Theismann of Greenwood; maternal grandparents, Gary A. and Marcia Zerkle of Fort Wayne; and a large extended family.
Funeral service was Monday, January 3, at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne. Burial in Prairie Grove Cemetery.
