CARROLL HIGH SCHOOL WINTER GUARD PLACED 4TH IN STATE COMPETITION
Carroll High School Winter Guard placed 4th in State Competition at Center Grove High School, Indianapolis, Indiana. The competition took place on Saturday, March 20th.
The Indiana High School Color Guard Association (IHSCGA) was founded in 1983 with 28 members competing in two classes. Twenty-one years later the competition is available at six different achievement based levels with membership at over 120 units.
