PHYLLIS FAY WELSH, 85

Phyllis Fay Welsh, 85, died Wednesday, September 17, 2003 at Riverbend Health Care Center. A native of Fort Wayne, she worked at General Electric for 11 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Howard E. Welsh, daughter Linda Fields, and a brother Robert Farrell.

She is survived by son Todd Jeffrey (T.J.) & (Pam) Welsh, Fort Wayne; daughter Wendy (James) Syres, Hickory, North Carolina; Grandson Paul Syres, Hickory, North Carolina; Granddaughters Beth Ann Syres, Hickory, North Carolina; and Nicole Welsh, Fort Wayne.

Services were held Friday, September 19, 2003 at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials to Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church or Visiting Nurse Service & Hospice. Information furnished by Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals.
