JOHN N. RUBY, 67
John N. Ruby, 67, died Wednesday, February 19, 2003 at Lutheran Hospital. A native of Fort Wayne, he was a former employee of Furroughs for 10 years and 7-Up Bottlers for 24 years and a School bus Driver for Fort Wayne Community Schools for 18 years. He was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church and American Legion Post #82. He was a loving grandfather of Dustin, Aly, and Hailey. He was preceded in death by 1 brother. He was a Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife Delores M. (Schnepp) Ruby, Fort Wayne; daughter Deborah Foreman, Elgin, South Carolina; son David M. Ruby, Roanoke, Indiana; sisters Betty Mason, Clyde, Ohio; Lois Messerschmidt, Fort Wayne; and 3 Grandchildren.
Services were held Friday, February February 21, 2003 at Klaehn, Fahl, and Melton with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Preferred Memorials to the family.
