ADAM C. MARKS, 24
Adam C. Marks, 24, died Sunday, January 12, 2003 at Parkview Hospital ER. Born in Fort Wayne, he worked at Javets for 5 years in warehouse/delivery. He was a Native American Miami Indian.
He is survived by his parents Michael and Deborah (Wojciechowski) Marks, Fort Wayne; brother Jason Marks, Fort Wayne; sister Misty Adams, Fort Wayne; grandmother Virginia Marks, Fort Wayne; girlfriend Erin Bulerman, Woodburn, Indiana; 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
Services were held Wednesday, January 15, 2003 at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home on Winchester Road with burial in Highland Park Cemetery. Preferred Memorials to Riley Children’s Hospital.
