HONOR AND RESPECT
THE VETERAN. How do we give them the honor and respect that they have earned, and is a right due them when our heavenly Father calls them home to stand the eternal watch? Each and every Veteran, whether they belong to a veterans organization or not, is due a military service (if they or their family so desire).
But whom do they ask? The funeral director is a good place to start. Or call an AMERICAN LEGION, VFW, or AMVETS Post. One of the Post Officers will be more than willing to give assistance.
So when the time comes, call a Veteran. It is our honor and ongoing duty to help provide the final honor and respect to our brothers and sisters.
