Carolyn S. Lemons, 49, died Sunday, March 17, 2002 at her Fort Wayne residence. A native of Fort Wayne, she was Chief of Security at Lake End Sales until 1993; she was also a homemaker. She was a member of Garrett New Life Ministries. She loved her family and pets and will be missed by all. She is preceded in death by a daughter Samantha Siegel.

She is survived by husband David P. Lemons, Fort Wayne; sons Scott Siegel, Fort Wayne; James Bennett, Fort Wayne; daughter Summer Fields, Fort Wayne; step sons David Perkins, Sand Diego, California; Jason Lemons, Fort Wayne; step daughter Stephanie Lemons, Fort Wayne; sisters Diana Andrews, Fort Wayne; Debra Hall, Garrett, Indiana; brothers Lane Andrews, Garrett; Earl Andrews, Garrett; father and step mother Earl and Frankie Andrews; step father James Foreman, Fort Wayne; and 7 Grandchildren.

Services were held Wednesday, March 20, 2002 at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home for Funerals with burial in Huntertown Cemetery. Memorials to the family.
