WILLIAM C. “BILLY” UTTER, 52
William C. “Billy” Utter, 52, died Thursday, January 22 at his Fort Wayne Residence. A native of Waynedale, he was self employed and a friend to many. He attended Justin Study Elementary School and Portage Junior High School where he was a Sports Manager. Billy was preceded in death by his parents William E. “Bud” Utter and Dorothy Herbst. He is survived by a sister Cynthia Utter of Florida; other relatives, and his lifelong friend Loren K. Alison of Waynedale.
Graveside services were held Friday, January 25 with burial in Prairie Grove Cemetery.
