JOIN THE TROOP
BSA Troop #344 sponsored by Waynedale UMC, 2501 Church Street is looking for members. They are offering free registration for those joining by the end of September – this goes for adults as well. Boys and adults need not be members of the church to join the troop. Parents are encouraged to join and become members of the troop committee – know what your boy is doing.
Troop meetings are held in the church basement each Tuesday from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm following the Fort Wayne Community School schedule (no school due to holiday or snow day – no meeting).
Come visit our model campsite at the Waynedale Community Picnic on Saturday, August 27th, from 10 AM – 3 PM (tents, flag raising, fire ring, Dutch oven baking, matchless fire starting – knot tying – check out our modernized gear trailer).
