SETONFEST 2016 – AUGUST 6
The high point of the summer at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton parish is their summer festival known as SetonFest! With a 5K Run/Walk, games, grilling, beer tent, Corn Hole Tournament, music with Urban Legend and so much more, the parish festival is a time for parish families,
friends and neighbors to enjoy each other’s company.
It is also a labor of love for the many volunteers who make it all possible.
SETON MIRACLE MILES 5K RUN/WALK AUGUST 6, 8:00 AM
Join the kick off! All are welcome to run or walk the 5K USATF certified course. Go to www.getmeregistered.com to register. Proceeds from the event are donated to the St. Mary’s Soup Kitchen. Contact Mike Rost, setonmiraclemiles@gmail.com or 260-615-7427 with questions.
CORN HOLE TOURNAMENT
It’s time once again to loosen up those arms and sharpen your aim for the Annual SetonFest Cornhole Tournament!
A maximum of 24 teams will be accepted, so be sure you sign up early! The entry fee is $20 per two-person team, and participants should be at least 14 years of age. Registration will start at 2pm, with the tournament starting after everyone has checked in, probably 2:30pm. This is a double elimination tournament. Prizes are $100 to the winning team, $50 to the runners-up. Contact Tim LaMaster at 710-1179 for more information or to reserve your spot.
FREE CHILDREN’S GAMES! 2 pm – 6:30 pm
Most all of the popular past favorites and also some new fun to be had! Try Knocker Ball, a soccer like game with inflatable cushions, get a little goofy in the Photo Booth, step into the air conditioned game world in the Video Game Trailer, or chase a globular rainbow at the Bubble Party, with fun for all!
CONTESTS!
Besides the ever popular Cornhole Tournament, test your skills at the Knights of Columbus sponsored Free Throw Contest, in the parking lot at the basketball hoop, or the Soccer Ball Kicking Contest out on the football field.

BAKE SALE:
In the parish hall, 2pm until all the yummy goodies are gone!
Come early for the best selection! They have some very talented bakers and cooks in their parish!
BINGO! in the parish hall from 2:00 to 6:00 pm.
Some great prizes for all! Take a break from the heat and enjoy a little Bingo!
FREE ICE CREAM SUNDAE BAR!
At 7:00 pm you and your family are invited to create your favorite ice cream treat with fixings from the Sundae Bar! The kids might make a little mess with the sprinkles, but mom won’t have to clean it up.
BEER TENT 5:00 – 10:00 PM
Throw back your favorite cold one and relax with friends in our beer tent. Invite friends and neighbors over to enjoy the FREE concert that starts at 6:30 pm!
MUSIC WITH URBAN LEGEND! 6:30 – 10:00 PM
No cover charge, no fee; just sit under the stars and enjoy the sounds of one of the most popular bands in Fort Wayne!
Bring your friends to this FREE night of entertainment!
Please bring your own chair so you can be totally comfortable while you enjoy the sounds, the stars, the celebration that is SETONFEST!
