STAR BANK NAMES CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
STAR Financial Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Kristin Marcuccilli to SVP, Chief Operating Officer. As a financial technology and operations visionary, Marcuccilli started her banking career in 2008 and has served and elevated retail and electronic delivery, marketing and strategic development.
Kristin’s new role is key to the digital evolution of STAR’s bright future by overseeing five critical areas – Marketing, Information Technology, Bank Operations, Branch Administration and Electronic Banking. Her specialty and focus will be on the customer experience and theintersect of hi-tech with hi-touch personalization. Kristin’s educational background from the University of Notre Dame and MBA from the Indiana University Kelly School of Business continues to serve STAR well with her understanding of social psychology, data analysis and team leadership.
