SMOKE ON THE WIND
I know a person who, when we first met, it was obvious that we would become friends.
My friend Barb Sieminski is one of those unique people that lifts you up to see joy in our Earth Walk. She asked me to play my Native American flute for her when she interviewed me for an article she was writing for Senior Life newspaper a few years ago. I can’t put into words the joy I felt when she told me how beautiful my playing was and thanked me for the song.
I said, “But Barb, you are totally deaf. How can you hear the music?”
She answered, “Oh, I feel it and it feels beautiful and wonderful.”
Thanks to Barb, my friend, I’m learning to feel more of The Creator’s love. It is always there. Do you feel it?
Why, of course you do.
God bless you one and all, and thank you, God, for my friend Barb.
