SMOKE ON THE WIND
It’s Spring Break time for all of us, and what better time than now to get outside and enjoy the lessons and beauty of Nature.
Pow wow season is starting all over the U.S. and Canada. Family and friends get together to socialize, dance and sing. It’s a time of celebration.
If you have never been to a Pow wow, please know that you are most welcome to attend, and you may be amazed at what you will feel, see and learn.
I like to think of it as a kind of outdoor public school, where prayers are still – and always will be – said by a native elder, giving thanks and asking The Creator to bless us all.
Do you see it? Feel it? The Creator’s blessing.
Give us a break, we pray, and God has answered our prayers with His Love and Light, and this, my friends, is Spring Break.
