“As a regulator, I’ve come to really respect Jim,” said Dollar, who added that Mills has “impacted the lives of not just thousands, which would reflect contributions at Three Rivers Federal Credit Union, but has impacted the lives of millions as Chairman of the Board at NAFC…credit unions are stronger today because of the leadership of Jim Mills.”

NAFC President/CEO, Fred Becker added that, “No one has done more than Jim has for the credit union community over the past few years. He should take with him a sincere thank you from the entire credit union community.”
