HAPPY 80TH BIRTHDAY MRS. FOSTER

Congratulations to Phyllis Foster who celebrated her 80th Birthday on April 8th. Phyllis stopped by The Waynedale News last Wednesday and we captured her digitally. She is the Grand Niece of Abner Elzey, who was the founder of Waynedale. Phyllis has been married to her husband, Robert Foster for 62 years. She also mentioned that, Rich Elzey, owner of Rich’s Auto Service, is her nephew and the Great Grand nephew of Abner Elzey.
