4TH GRADERS CELEBRATE PIONEER DAY
Recently, the St. Joseph-St. Elizabeth School fourth graders in the classes of Miss Stephanie Boss and Miss Anna Cunningham had their annual Pioneer Day.
Small groups of fourth graders and parent volunteers visited a variety of stations throughout the school with activities that pioneer children would have been familiar with. Some of these activities included cross-stitching, quilling by rolling up thin strips of paper, quilting, and making talking sticks.
Pioneer Day ended with square dancing.
