THANK YOU! HAIR BARN’S 50 YEARS
Who would of thought that 50 years ago our dad, Robert Hey along with his wife, would have started a barber shop and that this little brick building named, Bob’s Barber Shop would still be thriving in the same location, 6510 Bluffton Road.
The year was 1960 and the hairstyles were short, crew cuts, flat tops, pineapples and shaves. As we all know times change and in the 70s longer hair was in style, so our dad chose to keep up with these changes and took extra classes learning to layer hair with shears rather than just clipper cuts.
Over the years there have been a lot of changes that we have always kept up with after the change of cutting styles. Then came perms, color, highlighting and adding women to our clientele. We have been very blessed to have the most wonderful clientele over the years. You all are part of our family!
To everyone who has been part of the Hair Barn Classics or Bob’s Barber Shop we would like to say, thanks for a great 50 years!
