SMOKE ON THE WIND
Alone in the sauna, sweating, I thought of the many different ways to have quiet time, a time for reflection and meditation. This, for me, is the time to listen and be quiet, open and receptive to receive good thoughts and guidance from our loved ones that are in the Spirit World (Heaven). God knows, there are several that have been called home this winter, but His words to me as I sat in the sauna with not only sweat running down my cheeks, but tears, tears of sadness. I left the sauna and stepped into the shower, feeling the cool water cleansing me, my heart filled with joy for having the honor and privilege to be around loving family members and friends. I find that if I take time to be quiet and listen, I will feel blessed by The Holy Spirit and all is well. My cup is full and running over. No sweat.
