TOWER BANK ANNOUNCES RIFKIN AND WILLIS TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mr. Rifkin is President and Chief Operating Officer of Fort Wayne-based OmniSource Corporation, one of America’s leading metal recycling companies. He joined the company in 1977 and was appointed to his current position in 1997.
Rifkin was born in Fort Wayne and graduated from Elmhurst High School. He attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from the University of Miami.
In addition to Tower Bank, Rifkin serves as a director of OmniSource Corporation, Steel Dynamis, Inc., and is a founding director of the Fort Wayne Center for Learning.
Since the sale of his previous company, Command System, Incorporated, to General Dynamics in the summer of 2002, Mr. Willis has been instrumental in the founding of three new organizations: FourD Education Foundation, FourD Development, LLC and Fourth Wave, LLC which he co-founded with Thomas J. Teague.
Mr. Willis’ 43 years of entrepreneurial and business development experience includes 22 years at Magnavox Electronic Systems Company in Fort Wayne. Prior to joining Magnavox, Mr. Willis was computer systems research scientist with the U.S. Navy.
Mr. Willis was born in Princeton, Indiana and holds a BSEE/Research Degree from the University of Evansville.
