SUNFLOWER CONTEST FOR ELEMENTARY STUDENTS

Students from Kindergarten through 5th Grade are invited to enter the Sunflower Contest, which is sponsored by the cooperative extension service and Purdue Master Gardeners. In order to get in on the fun, come to the Cooperative Extension Office anytime from April 8 through May 10 to pick up a package of free sunflower seeds and directions for planting. Contest judging will take place on September 8, 2002. Don’t miss this opportunity for summer fun. Pick up your seed packets at the Extension Office, which is located on the campus of IPFW, 4001 Crescent Avenue. The office is open from 8am until 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
